You deserve to be pursued. You deserve all of those “good morning beautiful” texts. You deserve to be dreamed about. You deserve a man that will be awestruck by you. WHY? Because God made you something special. And whether you like it or not, SOMEONE WILL LOVE YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE. All of the faults. All the dirt under your skin. The baggage and the scars. The fears and the failures. They say there’s someone for everyone, and I believe that’s perfectly true. God made you for someone. Sure they’re taking their sweet time (and YES it does get aggravating waiting for them to find you), but they ARE coming and they DO exist. You gotta believe that. You gotta believe someone is gonna love you. Someone is going to find you to be beautiful and see you as God does. On the days when there seems to be nothing left, you’ve got to hold onto this because THIS is TRUTH. There IS someone out there going through the same shit that you are. They are wondering when they’re gonna find you. And they WANT you. They want to be with you and share all those funny moments, all those kisses and hugs. Someone out there DOES want to love you.

I’m walking back from class to my dorm and some guy I’ve never seen before stops me, touches my shoulder and says, “Um, excuse me. But I just wanted to tell you that you’re beautiful.” And then he walks away. It was like the craziest thing ever but it totally made my day. I guess God knew that I needed to hear those words and to be reminded of my true worth! :) Thanks God ♥

Here’s the thing. I’m watching this movie called “Mary of Nazareth” where Mary the Mother of God is played by the actress who was Anakin Skywalker’s mom in the Phantom Menace, and Jesus is Christian Bale (ie Batman). I’ve always had a huge crush on Christian Bale, so though this might just be the most EPIC retelling of our salvation history, I can’t help but feeling like I may be in a state of sin by crushing on Jesus…
this is the one time it would NOT be technically heretical to say “Christian Bale is God”… All I gotta say is if some girl who’s also in love with Mr. Bale happens to watch this movie just for the sake of seeing him and hears the Gospel for the first time…hey I mean it can’t be THAT bad!
…but seriously I can’t handle myself right now.
He is literally one of the most beautiful creatures God ever made so this role to me is entirely appropriate.
As if I couldn’t love Christian Bale any more, now he’s playing God.
Lord, please forgive me.

There is something so incredibly freeing and simply beautiful about just being well…naked. Yeah I went there. God made us NAKED. It’s relaxing. Just sitting here in my dorm room all alone, late at night just nude and chilling. It’s beautiful because its vulnerable and it’s pure. There’s something incredible about embracing yourself, your body & who God made you. It’s good and holy. The body is beautiful. Our society has distorted it so much, that it’s vulgar or provocative to be naked or talk of nude bodies. But I think it’s beautiful. It’s like a returning to my freest state. My purest form. My identity.
Adam and Eve must have been so happy before the fall.
I support nudists. If you can be THAT comfortable in your own skin & who God made you - then by all means go for it! You’ve got my respect.

people need to understand as Christians we must never spread a message of HATE. The GOSPEL is about LOVE, but loving someone doesn’t mean you have to agree with EVERYTHING they say/believe in - that would violate our free will & make us slaves. (ex: my child has an innate desire - that she sincerely believes she was born with - to kill people with an ax…I’m not going to support her EVEN THOUGH I LOVE HER because murder is wrong)

Yes God does call gays/lesbians/transgenders/homosexuals/bisexuals/queers/(any name you wanna call people with same sex attraction) HIS BELOVED CHILDREN!
If you are a CHRISTIAN IT IS A SIN TO HATE OR DISCRIMINATE GAYS (and this applies to anyone else). Christianity = love. But sometimes love hurts, and love is “tough love”.
I don’t believe that homosexuals themselves are SINNERS who DESERVE HELL, but I do believe that acting upon homosexual inclinations in a disordered desire that violates God’s law & natural law.
I have a right to my opinion, but I won’t HATE others who don’t agree with me.

Because if Christ is The Truth — then where there isn’t Truth, there isn’t Christ. Why ever be afraid of the Truth?
